Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced on Monday that the state will provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer to New Yorkers free of charge. To help fight price hikes and make sure residents have access to this vital prevention method, the state will generate up to 100,000 gallons of hand sanitizer every week in 1.7 oz., 7 oz. and gallon bottles.
